This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use https://delta.arcvein.com and the ArcVein product.

2. Information we may collect

The information collected depends on the features you use and may include:

• Paper-trading and live-trading related application data where applicable, including strategy status, simulated or execution-related records and portfolio/application state needed to provide the requested functionality.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, request metadata, diagnostic logs, error information and security events.
• Billing, subscription and payment-related information, such as subscription status, payment or subscription identifiers and transaction status. Payment-card or banking details may be handled directly by the payment provider rather than ArcVein.
• Information needed to connect ArcVein with supported trading platforms where applicable, including connection status and credentials or tokens needed to provide a user-requested integration. Sensitive connection secrets are handled only as required for the integration and should not be shared outside the product workflow.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Authenticate users, maintain accounts and provide account-management functions.
• Provide ArcVein functionality, including strategy creation, validation and storage.
• Run user-requested backtests and present backtest results.
• Provide paper-trading functionality and related portfolio or analytics views.

4. Service providers and connected platforms

We may use third-party service providers when needed to operate ArcVein. Information is shared with them only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant service or integration.

• Hosting, cloud, database, networking and infrastructure providers used to run and secure the service.
• Payment providers, including Razorpay where applicable, for subscription checkout, payment processing and payment-status confirmation.
• Email or support service providers used for operational messages and support communications.
• Supported trading platforms, such as Delta Exchange, when you choose to connect an account or request functionality that requires the platform integration.

5. Delta Exchange relationship

ArcVein is compatible with supported Delta Exchange functionality. Delta Exchange is a third-party trading platform. ArcVein is not represented on this site as owned by, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially partnered with Delta Exchange.

6. Cookies and local storage

ArcVein may use browser storage, including local storage, to remember product preferences such as selected market, timeframe or execution mode. Authentication or infrastructure components may also use cookies or similar technologies where required to provide sessions, security or service functionality. We may update this section if the technologies used by the product materially change.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and trading-product records, satisfy operational, security, billing or legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce applicable agreements.
