Terms of Service

Effective date: 14 September 2026

1. Operator and agreement

ArcVein is a software product operated by KREMLIN GROUP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, (One Person Company), CIN: U55101UP2025OPC239335, with its registered office at Commercial Unit No LG 72, Gaur City Centre Sec 4, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201318, Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ArcVein at https://delta.arcvein.com and related product functionality.

By creating an account or using ArcVein, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What ArcVein is

ArcVein is a software platform that helps users define and validate their own trading rules, backtest strategies, paper trade, and use supported deployment or execution functionality. Users create, select and control their own strategy rules, parameters and risk settings.

ArcVein is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or signal provider. ArcVein does not make discretionary investment decisions for users and does not promise or recommend profitable trades.

3. Connected trading platforms

ArcVein may connect to supported third-party trading platforms, including Delta Exchange, when a user chooses to configure that connection. Such platforms are independent third parties with their own terms, fees, systems and account requirements.

Compatibility with Delta Exchange does not mean that ArcVein is owned by, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially partnered with Delta Exchange.

4. Trading risk

Trading, including crypto and derivatives trading, involves substantial risk and can result in partial or total loss of capital. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses and can cause losses to occur rapidly. You should use only risk settings and capital levels you understand and can tolerate.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a strategy is suitable for you, reviewing its rules and risk parameters, monitoring connected exchange accounts, and deciding whether to enable, stop or modify live execution.

5. Backtests and paper trading

Backtest results are hypothetical or historical simulations. They can be affected by data quality, assumptions, fees, funding, slippage, liquidity, execution modelling and other limitations. Backtest results do not guarantee future performance.

Paper trading uses simulated capital and may not reproduce live fills, latency, liquidity, market impact, exchange behavior or other real-world conditions. Paper-trading results do not guarantee live-trading results.

6. Live execution and third-party conditions

Live execution outcomes can differ from strategy logic or simulated results because of latency, slippage, fees, funding, liquidity, volatility, rejected orders, exchange outages, API failures, network conditions, stale or unavailable market data, rate limits and other market or technical conditions.

ArcVein does not guarantee that any order will be submitted, accepted, filled, filled at a particular price, cancelled or reconciled within a particular time. ArcVein does not guarantee profitability, investment returns, uninterrupted uptime or any execution outcome.

7. Accounts and user responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your ArcVein credentials and protecting credentials or API access associated with connected trading platforms. You must promptly act if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for reviewing strategies before enabling them, setting leverage, margin, take-profit, stop-loss and other risk parameters, and ensuring that your use of ArcVein and any connected trading platform is lawful and permitted for your account and location.

8. Billing and subscriptions

Paid features, where offered, may be subject to the price, billing cycle, taxes and entitlement shown at checkout or in the product. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Razorpay. Subscription activation may depend on payment-provider confirmation.

We may change available plans, prices or feature limits prospectively. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated through the product or another appropriate channel.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

10. Service availability and changes

ArcVein may be modified, maintained, updated, limited or temporarily unavailable. Features may depend on third-party APIs, market-data services, infrastructure and exchange availability. We may add, change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for product, security, technical, commercial or legal reasons.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected abuse, material breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful use, technical risk, or a legal or third-party requirement. You may stop using ArcVein at any time. Termination does not reverse trades or obligations already created through a connected third-party account.

12. Intellectual property

ArcVein software, branding, interface, documentation and other product materials are owned by or licensed to the legal operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ArcVein intellectual property to users.

Users retain responsibility for the strategy rules and content they submit, subject to the limited rights needed for ArcVein to process, store and execute those instructions to provide the requested service.

13. Disclaimers

ArcVein is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArcVein and its legal operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost trading opportunities or losses caused by third-party trading platforms, market movements, connectivity failures or user-selected strategy parameters.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Users remain responsible for trading losses and obligations in their own connected exchange accounts except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ArcVein changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the product or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

16. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that apply to you. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@arcvein.com.
